What is the acne?

The cause of the acne is in most cases determined by hormonal changes, mainly during puberty. Often, however, we are faced with hormonal imbalance during the menstrual cycle when stopping contraceptives or during pregnancy. In addition, medications you are taking, stress to which you are subjected and genetically, determined skin sensitivity to various spots ingredients that cause the formation of blackheads, play a huge role in acne. Four key factors are responsible for the appearance of the acne. The first is an increased sebum secretion; the second factor is the pore clogging; the third factor is an increased bacterial growth, and not at least the acne can occur as a result of inflammation.
How can you know whether you have an acne? What are the symptoms of the acne? The symptoms of this disease are few. Increased sebum secretion (seborrhea) is the first and earliest symptom of acne (sometimes it's a fact before the onset of puberty). In the lipid layer, the outermost barrier of the skin, sebum secretion occurs it leads to an increase of the lipophilic (fat loving) substances. The most affected are the areas with the highest concentration of sebaceous glands such as the face, neck, shoulders and back. Consequently appear comedones which are white or black dots. The whiteheads are closed comedones and black ones are open. Next visible symptoms of acne are pustules and nodular nodes. In most cases, there is a smooth transition of problem skin to an acne. When we are talking about an acne, we mind acne vulgaris, it is the most common form, occurring during puberty and mostly affecting the face and back. Depending on the visible manifestations of acne vulgaris distinguish the following levels of severity: a comedone acne ("black spots"), a papulopustular acne - occurs when bacteria colonize comedones and cause secondary inflammation around them, an acne conglobata - with the appearance of painful nodules and abscesses with fistulas in the face and upper of the body, it is often leaving scars after passage. Very often there is a combination of these symptoms.
Can we solve our problems with the acne? What you need to know to cure this annoying condition? The acne problems cannot be solved overnight. It takes patience and perseverance. It plays a crucial role proper daily care of problem skin. The cosmetics which you use must contain optimally selected ingredients to deal with these problems. It is an important parallel treatment to follow a diet and avoid stress in your daily life. There are two main approaches for the treatment of acne. The first is the topical application of drugs - such as creams and ointments, accompanied by suitably deep cleansing of qualified professional cosmetics. The second approach is through the use of an oral medication- antibiotics. Also in women is possible to prescribe certain contraceptives.
In acne and problem skin is important not to squeeze pimples  by yourself! So you may cause serious inflammation to scarring or you experience side pigmentation. It is recommended that your skin regularly must be cleaned by a qualified professional! If, despite professional intervention have acne scars, their removal can be applied various invasive methods such as chemical peels, laser treatment, etc. Of course, suitable methods should be recommended by your dermatologist.
