I have browsed through the internet and saw an advertisement of Billy Aircon and i have engage them for the aircon servicing services. I called them and spoke to Mr Philip CHong, apparently the owner of the company.
I have arrange for 2 of my aircon units to be service as they were not cold and one of the aircon was leaking. He was very good and told me to send him an sms with the details of my home address. Replied almost instantly with my appointment in the next few hours.
Arriving at my home at around 5pm. I was surprise to see 2 aircon technicians come to my home and service the air conditioner at the same time. Never had this before with any other aircon company. The whole servicing took just 35 minutes and he even gave me a free gas top up. I would say their team is professional and know their stuff. My aircon leaking stop, became quieter and cooler.
